Permaculture Jax = Local Sustainability

Meet The Locals Promoting Food Forests, Natural Building & Community

Written by Admin

Permaculture turns dysfunctional cities into supportive, sustainable communities.  It converts barren land into lush, food forests. It transitions wood, clay and natural materials into buildings and tools. It creates wellsprings of regenerative communities out of our resource-depleting lifestyles.Permaculture is all about sustainability. It teaches us to live in harmony with the planet and one another. It gives us ancient tools and principles proven effective since the beginning of mankind.

Three people have single-handedly launched the local Permaculture movement.  They demonstrate the power and potential of this regenerative lifestyle in their own homes, yards and neighborhoods.  Our community is listening, learning and growing quickly.  Here is our tribute to Val Hermann, Eli Bajalia and Alex Ojeda – true treasures in our community and sustainability movement.
